Why mentoring?

1. Motivation

One of the main reasons people benefit from a mentor is that they gain motivation to stick with a consistent health & fitness program. A mentor can provide structure and accountability, and help you develop a lifestyle that encourages health.

If you have any chronic health conditions, injuries or training goals (taking medication, running a marathon, for example) a mentor will work with you to plan a safe, efficient program that considers these needs and enables you to reach your health goals.

Mentors help you focus on results and stop wasting your time doing frustrating diets & inefficient workouts. Our Mentors have a plan and will help you get maximum results in minimum time.

4.  You are new to LFRV lifestyle & exercise
If you are an absolute newbie to the LFRV lifestyle, then a Mentor is the ultimate online health & fitness coach. Our mentors will introduce you to a very simple, effective regime so before you know it, you have the confidence and knowledge to decide what is right for you.

5.  Break through plateaus
Ok, you are already in pretty decent shape, but you’ve been there for years. If you are stuck in the same routine and toying with the same useless diets & want to break out of a rut, a Mentor is the perfect solution. A Mentor will jump start, not only your motivation, but freshen up your routine as well.

6. Learn how to go it alone
By having a mentor you will ultimately learn all the facets needed to succeed on a LFRV lifestyle so you can be independent & eventually have no need to use a Mentor, online mentoring for a month or 2 may be all you need.

Online mentoring gives u the freedom to learn from the comfort of your own home. If you don’t want to visit expensive Naturopaths & Dr’s then u don’t have to! – our Mentors can bring health & fitness into your living room.
