    Hi Freelee
I think this is a great vid but 2 questions:

    1. you have a gorgeous figure and you’re saying that lots of fruit isn’t making you fat but then you are training for a marathon so could that be the reason for the flat tum?

    2. can unripe fruit have an impact on a flat tummy?

    Thanks, keep up great work

No Em, I am training for a marathion and I went off the raw foods of fruits and veggies and I am overweight. It is all about the food

Thanks Freelee for posting this – so much inspiration in there!!

I do have one little question, and maybe you have time to answer it, because it is in my head for quite some time: what happens if you have to life a non-active lifestyle (like having a broken leg and not being able to do any sports) – do you then have to restrict your food intake?

    Thanks a lot!

Wow Free, have to say that video really brightened my day! You have such a great figure I would say Nicole Kidmann needs to watch out, as you are fast becoming the internet sensation of all down under! First thing I would guess most folks want to know is do all the bananas cause any constipation and is there a problem with the potassium load you may be getting? Ot is it that you are such an athlete that it negates any problems? I have MS and as such I can not exercise as you do, but I do swim as often as I can. Thx and keep up the great work, you look so at peace with yourself!

    Hi,
I am really enjoying explorng this site. I was just wondering why there are not very many vegetables incorporated into the diet. Are they harder on the digestive system? would it be harmful to eat a lot of raw vegetables that aren’t necessarily green, like carrots and yellow bell peppers?

    Thanks….

I don’t really eat vegies at all, I eat greens occasionally. Peppers are actually a fruit as far as I know, carrots are ok but I wouldn’t make them a staple. They are definitely tougher on digestion

You’re sick. You’re completely underweight, and with the amount of sugar youi’re drinking, you’re well on your way to diabetes as well!

You’re an exceptionally dangerous person who shouldn’t be promoting this kind of rubbish to vulnerable people. You should be ashamed of yourself.
