I just read your weight loss post on the Raw Food Talk forum, and I am so, so, so inspired by seeing your pictures!! You definitely have my dream body, and you look so happy and healthy! Way to go!! I’m so sick of yo-yoing back and forth between being on a diet and bingeing. I’m sure lots of people say this, but my New’s Year’s resolution is to finally take control of my body, (And get some control over what I put in my mouth!), and be healthy. No matter what I read, or what diets I consider, raw always sounds best. Thanks so much for putting your story online and inspiring me.

Looks like a great retreat in a great location.
BTW, that wasp in your images is a Cuckoo Wasp, the find Potter and Mud-dauber Wasp’s little clay nurseries and somehow sense where the hollows with the wasp larvae are and then drill into them and drop their eggs in. The little Cuckoo Wasps eat the host wasp larvae and the food which the adults had stored in there for them. Wonderful nature – sometimes a bit sneaky and mean

Love the pics – looks like a lot of fun. Would so love to bring my husband to a raw retreat so he could meet other like-minded raw people. With only myself and my sister being the only raw foodists he knows, he would def. benefit from seeing that there are plenty more healthy, happy and successful long-term low fat raw vegans out there! So do let me know if you have a raw retreat in Bali, we’ll be there!
