Eating 100% fruits & greens is too extreeeeeme!!

by rawfitbitch
Fruits & Greens are Extremely fun!!

This is what ripe narnaz look like!

Activity: 10mins of dancing, 7km hill run, 2 x sets of bicep curls & shoulder press, handstands

Eats: 20 bananas & about 300gms dates, 1/2 celery

What I got up to...Spent most of the day on the web today, it can be quite addictive….there is so many questions about LFRV to answer & I want to answer them all yesterday!

My Rant…I often get peeps saying to me ‘Ahh but eating just fruits & greens is tooo extreeeeme!’…I find this so funny that its actually challenging for me to put my feelings into words….ok I’ll try……I came up with what I think are lifestyle-related extremes in Society…

* Cooking food that has already been cooked by the sun…when is putting a flame to something ever going to make it MORE than it was before??

* Eating tin fish that has been pulled out of a polluted ocean that comes with no use-by date?

* Drinking down ‘carb gels’ that cannot be given to pregnant womyn or children & are clearly labelled ‘this product is NOT a source of nutrition’….its dangerous & void of nutrition, remind me why are we eat these substances again????? extreme…

* Trying to mimic fruit with cakes, lollies, breads, pasta’s etc…these are all carbohdrate foods which are created out of a need for fruit. Every cell in the human body runs on glucose, give your body what it needs naturally!Fruits & Greens are Extremely fun!!
* Immunizing our children- directly injecting poison into our loved little ones…Also giving ‘baby Nurofen’

* Colonics – Happily having a pipe plugged up our bums to try to counteract the disgraceful lifestyle most of us lead, instead of addressing the cause & changing our lifestyle

* Expecting health by eating algae or sludge off the bottom of the ocean that is marketed as a Superfood?

* Comfortably sitting down to a meal of roasted baby cow carcass & saying ‘Grace’

* Having an animal for a pet & also for a meal?

* Grinding up ‘Deer Antler’ to eat & saying its nourishing for blood, bones & kidneys – oh come on!

* Eggs – Steeling another animals menstruation & then eating it as a meal! extreme….

* Radiation ‘therapy’ for cancer patients, helping them check off the planet more quickly instead of addressing their ‘lack’ lifestyle.

* Having ‘slaughter houses’…come on doesn’t the name just make u cringe? As Paul M said ‘If slaughter houses had glass walls, we’d all be vegetarian…’

* 2.4 trillion dollars goes towards the so-called ‘fight against terror’ in the US (estimated over the next 10years) when as many as 650,000 peeps are dying every year from heart disease!!!!!!! But eating a fruit diet is too extreme….

* Buying & eating packaged food with a 5year used-by date in preference to eating a piece of whole fresh fruit which is full of precious water & nutrients.

* There are nations of peeps starving while they are surrounded by plentiful fruit trees!… but u can’t survive on just fruit meals?!?….. If u want to thrive not just survive then fruit is the perfect meal.

* Giving our hospital patients meat & milk as a recovery meal…

…..BUT EATING FRUIT IS TOO EXTREME!!

I know in my heart & soul that nature didn’t get it wrong,we are designed to eat 100% whole, fresh, ripe, raw, fruits with some greens. If you ever feel that eating a diet soley of fresh, whole, fruits & greens is too extreme then I invite you to take a closer look at what you are currently eating & ask yourself …’how far from nature is this meal & what resources/lives did it take to bring it to me…?’

Nothing extreme about what I do.
15k run and weights today. Lunch was a 1500 calorie banana/papaya smoothie.
Dinner was persimmons, lost count but had to use a bucket to haul out the peels.
    yum!

    Hey Freelee,
Your response to ‘eating 100% fruits & greens is too extreeeeeme!!’ was hilarious!!!
I loved it! It made me chuckle no end………
Whenever I mention eating fruits and vegetables to my wonderful, but EXTREMELY OVERWEIGHT, constantly exhausted, overwhelmed, distressed and sick sister, who obviously eats a SAD diet, she always gets irritated, immediately comes back with a ‘put down’ remark and treats me like I’m a moron.
My Dad is 40/50lbs overweight, has had triple heart bypass surgery, takes a cornucopia of drugs every day, has gout, high blood pressure, shortness of breath, high cholesterol, aching bones and sore muscles and can only walk limited distances at a very slow pace, totally ignores and poo poos any comments I make about eating raw fruits and vegetables and losing a bit of weight. He continues to eat large amounts of cooked meat every day, dairy, eggs everyday from his own hens, cooked foods, desserts etc etc and he thinks I’m an uninformed, head in the clouds, nonsense-talking embarassment when I mention anything at all to him about the health benefits of a fruit and vegetables diet – (he’s a Doctor).
So, your article hit my funny bone!!!!!!!
You’re rather cute too, I must say! Inside and out!
    Take care,
    James

Grab the 80-10-10 diet and also attend raw food parties/festivals in your area. Be around people doing what you’re doing. Write a “pain” list so you can pull it out any time you feel like going back.
