Mango heaven….
Run was called off because of rain but made up for it this morning…
Exercise:
- 6.3km jog, almost got bitten by 2 viscious dogs, one was a pitbull…I was jogging along and heard these dogs going mad as I approached, I was almost past the house when I heard them running towards me UNDER the just-for-show fence! They ran up and were growling and sooo threatening, I told myself to keep my calm, avoided eye contact and walked slowly as they slobbered around my ankles growling, it worked! Eventually i got away! Pheww it was close, im thinking of ringing the council because its just not on to have dangerous dogs like that on the loose…
* 30-40mins of weights – dips, shoulder presses, bench press, bicep curls, pushups, lunges, deadlifts, seated rows…plus some 15mins of Aerobics Oz Style in the middle.
Food: Very simple, no prep, no overthinking just keeping it simple.
10.30- 7 mangoes & 3 stalks of celery
1pm – 5 bananas & 3 stalks of celery
6.30pm- 10 mangoes
total – 3100 cals

Lover of animals? Those dogs that chased you were probably trying to get back ‘fruit’ that you STOLE from their owners property. I’m sure the people you are stealing ‘food’ from are delighted with with msg your sending throughout Australia – “steal fruit and trespass on property”. Sounds like something to aspire to???
Yes thats me – lover of animals. Those dogs were from a totally different surburban house with no fruit. There are thousands of ABANDONED fruit trees up here, no fences just mango trees for as far as the eye can see, no house, just fruit trees falling on the ground rotting. My only competition comes from Magpie Geese not people, i would be happy if people were selling them as they are going to waste….DO you like mangoes? Your name would suggest you do…there are plenty to share if your keen to come up?What do you aspire to ‘healthygirl’?
Yikes, glad you got away. Preventing any potential dog attack is a good thing, for victim and dog alike. A call to the council seems reasonable. Are there many flying foxes around up there Freelea? There’s a fruiting mulberry tree in my backyard(I’m in Sydney), I’ve only heard a couple of flying foxes so far this year.
Hey Thevan,Theres heaps of fruit bats up here, they are big too! Massive wing span. There are so many gorgeous birds as well, today saw a beautiful crimson finch, it was a strinking red with black speckles.Ahhh love the mulberrys! They are so good but im not sure id swap Durian for them
